I have one user that just cannot login to CAD. We get the error message: "The ID you entered was not found"
In the log, we see: "ERROR DAGT3010 Error: get agent returned: <Could not find specified entry.>,."
The only information I find on this error is that LDAP monitoring services is not running, but it is and this is the ONLY user that we are hiving this problem with.
Any ideas?

Hi Donald,
Please access the RmCm->user page of UCCX admin and check if this user is available there.
Also perfrom Directory Resync operation from the CDA (Cisco Desktop Administrator) to sync all the Users.

The user is listed as a resource under RmCm, and has Agent capability under Tools > User Management.
Will performing the Directory Resync cause any disruption in service?

Hi Donald,
No, it won't affect any services.
One more alternate would be to delete this user and add it again.

I found the userID is case sensetive in Cisco Desktop agent when logging in.
