Cisco ATA 190 can not dial extensions or meeting numbers . Connection will establish properly just no tone selections .

Cisco ATA 190 can not dial extensions or meeting numbers .

Connection will establish properly just no tone selections for menu options .

Any help on this will be much appreciated . We are running CUCM System version: 11.5.1.15900-18.

Sounds like a DTMF mismatch happening somewhere on the call flow. Check the DTMF configurations and settings on CUCM trunks, if in use.

Uf uf I will need some help to see how to check that as I'm beginner in Voice field :)
