Cisco ATA 192 Caller ID Not Displaying

We use RingCentral. They have an option that can display the queue name and caller id name, plus many other options.

If we have queue number and caller id name selected, the caller id name does not display on the phones. If we have one option selected, such as caller id name, the name passes through to the phone. This setting worked a few months ago, and now looking to re-enable it.

When doing test calls, the information appears under line status under call 1 peer name, with any variation we select, if we have 2 options selected, it still appears here but does not pass onto the phone.

The phone number still passes through whichever option we have.

I have the latest firmware loaded into the ATA, I just seem to not be able to find the setting I need if it's a long caller id line.
