Would anyone know why some extensions are not showing up on the console?
Most are working, just random ones are not.

CUCM 9.1 there is no AD involved.

Just to be clear: you're referring to the Main Extension field within the Contact Details, not the BLF status or something else?
If yes then what appears in the Extension field (not Primary Extension) of that user's End User page? CUxAC pulls End User table from CUCM over the AXL API. Whatever is populated in the CUCM database is what should appear in CUxAC.
