Hello Guys,

i exported device details from bulk admin tools in cucm but find it difficult to convert to excel, anyone has a workaround on this?

Device details as In?? In case you are looking for MAC Address, IP Address, DN information etc then you can run show risdb query phone from CM CLI and copy the output which would be much easier.

You need to first launch the excel >>>>open the txt file in it >>> Select delimited >>> Next >>> Select comma >>> next >>>> General >>> Finish
