thanks alot,i have complete configuration but for some reason i can call the polycom from my cisco IP phone but placing the call the other way round i.e calling my cisco phones with the polycom give me a tone 1"that the number does not exit"

Hi guys,was this resolved, am having same issues with my cipc but version 8.6.6, can anyone help, CIPC is just not registering, does anyone has steps to get this application running...

hi, thanks for your response...one last thing, am trying to manage the licensing currently been consumed by all my cisco jabber client... any idea on where i can get that.since it is not listed on PLM or the license status on the CUCM,.

thanks alot for this information, but aside the cisco IP communicator is there no other cisco latest solution that can also perform this same feature on the windows enviroment.... am just thinking if cisco spark can offer the same value for initiatin...
