Cisco Call Manager

Hello,

I have a problem with changes in Cisco Call Manager, if I want to change anything it doesn´t work.

It is because of Publisher is down (server crashed), and there is no way to repair it.

Q1: Is there any way to recover publisher, if I don´t have access to server anymore?

Q2: Do you have any idea how to make changes, without Publisher?

Screen of error is attached.

Thank you very much

Hi Jaro,

which version of CUCM are you running.

From CUCM version 8.6, Cisco introduced a feature that lets you to restore the pub from a sub.

Jaro,

what version is this  4.x? or does it run on a virtual machine.

whats more important, have you got backups?  in which case you can restore the pub

Hello Dennis,

it is 4.1 version, it runs physicaly on server, there is no virtualization, it is very old solution.

So, without backup do I have any option to restore it ?

Thank you
