Hello,
we recently run into this issue--we use SPAN recordings for our call center (UCCX 9.0 with Calabrio Recording solution). Our team has just configured new users to record. All the calls coming from PSTN records fine but LOCAL calls do not record!!! LOCAL calls (4 digit dial) shows up in Work Force Optimization and when we try to play them, we get an error PLAYR ERROR 2003 and recording disappear!!! Has anyone run into this issue?

If your SPAN is only spanning port of the PSTN GW then you will not get it to work for internal calls. Is there a reason you are not using Network (BiB) recording which is typically preferred?

sorry for the delay...this system has been configured to do SPAN for a long time and it has been working good. We will be upgrading to BiB recording soon. You were right about it is only spanning port of the PSTN gw. Thanks
