Hi All,
Please could you assist in telling me the products you use to monitor your Cisco CallManager environments (not RTMT).
Monitoring of :
Environment health
phone registrations
Call Quality
I have used Prognosis before, but it's can be rather pricey.
Thanks in advance.
Phil

Hi,
You can check out Cisco UC netManager for small deployments or Cisco Operations for larger ones.

Hi Phillip,
I would suggest Cisco Service Monitor.
Cisco Unified Service Monitor offers an affordable, reliable way to continuously monitor active calls supported by the Cisco Unified Communications System. Cisco Unified Service Monitor also provides near real-time notification when the voice quality of a call fails to meet a user-defined quality threshold.
By automating the continuous monitoring and alerting of voice quality in your Cisco Unified Communications environment, Cisco Unified Service Monitor can help you increase subscriber satisfaction
