A very simple one , but been causing for a couple of users :
Users have everything properly set up in the end user section with regards to the primary extension and mac address and groups and roles as well.
The users had the URL for cisco ccm administration in favourite bookmarks, requested them to remove it ( as i think that is a bug , if i am not wrong), but even doing that doesnt help.. and on putting the credentials, we get blank fields again.
Any guidance is highly appreciated.

What version of CUCM are you running?
What happens when you simply enter the IP address of the CUCM server into a web browser?
What browsers have you tried?
Have you tried restarting Tomcat from SSH?

Your answer to the questions aren´t clear ...
What happens when you simply enter the IP address of the CUCM server into a web browser? Get any hhtp error? Do you have the screen shot of the error?
What the URL are you trying reach? ccmadmin or ccmuser?
Have you tried restarting Tomcat from SSH?
