CISCO CCME conference call limit to 3

We run cisco unified call manager express version 9 and the there is problem with conference call it's limited to 3 only .

Hi Mohanad,

To have more than 3 participants in a conference call you need to configure hardware conference.

1. Change conference mode from software to hardware

Telephone-service

conference hardware

2. Create dummy ephone-dns for ad-hoc conference

ephone-dn <no.> octoline

number A001

conference ad-hoc

3. check conference bridge is registered to CME router. if registered HW conference will work.

show sdspfarm units

As per your configuration, you should be able to make more than a 3 party conference. What happens when the fourth member tries to join conference and whether its an internal extension or a PSTN number ?
