Cisco CDR for billing server -- DAT file not transfer to billing server

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue with CDR record not present to billing server. It was working fine and stop suddenly. It can be seen that .dat file was coming to ftp server on 10.30.3.10 till end of the November in the collector folder of the ftp server.

I am using ACCUDIAL billing server. In manager i can see there is alarm (attached) that extension number exceeding.

There is license limit upto 600 user.

All CM and FTP service is running.

In my perception billing server not allowing the user more than 600 to monitor which is mentioned in alarm. How to reduce, its a question.

Please find attached information and suggest what i am missing.

Regards,

You need to check this with the ACCUDIAL support. On CUCM the CDR's are enabled on a server level so you will either enable it for all endpoints registered to that server or disable for all which is not a good idea, you may look for some other third party cdr tools as well.

Hi Manish,

At least cdr should come to FTP server. CDR is not appearing in FTP server since Dec 1, 2016. It was working good before and number of users in CM are still same.

I am not sure about the alarm in Accudial but the cdr should be populated in FTP server as .dat file

In that case you need to verify on cucm if the CDRs are being generated and if yes then troubleshoot as per the following doc

https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/55821/troubleshooting-cdr#Troubleshoot:_CDR_Files_not_being_transfered_to_billing_server
