Phone 7911 - Default password

Hi

I'm trying to add Cisco 7911 model to my CUCM platform, i was reset the phone to factory default and I'm not able to do any changes because phone is blocked by password.

after clicking **# phone is displaying password.

anyone?

phone version - 9-4-2sr1-1s

Hi,

Can you try the factory reset procedure for 7911 discussed in the following post

https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/10182766/factory-reset-7911

Ideally it should not prompt you for a password after factory reset.
