According to the original post, you have checked the cable, changed the phone, etc. Have you also tried changing the switch port and checking the behavior?

Does this problem affect only one phone or other phones of the same model?

Hello @faruk.zaimovic

Please check for any specific errors or anomalies on the switchport by using the command show interface gigabitEthernet 1/0/31. Look for indicators of issues such as excesive errors, drops, or resets...

Verify the PoE status on the switch for that specific port using show power inline gigabitEthernet 1/0/31. Ensure that the PoE is providing sufficient power to the phone.

Best regards
