Hi Community,
We have Cisco CME router 2921 and we have issue on the fxo port which got stuck because of incoming and outgoing calls. To make it work again I need to do a shut and no shut command on the voice port. Or disconnect and reconnect again the line. Any idea what's causing the problem? How to troubleshoot this kind of issue?
I have this configuration on the fxo voice port:
voice-port 0/3/3
trunk-group FXO-16PORTS
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
input gain 14
cptone SA
timeouts call-disconnect 5
caller-id enable

Thanks for the links.
Also, i observed that if the caller from PSTN calls an extension and will not answer, then the caller hangs up the extension still rings. The FXO port doesn't goes to on-hook immediately.
