A customer purchased 10 phones CP-8841-K9-V01 phones to use with an Elastix/Asterisk PBX configuration. The active load shows to be sip88xx.10-3-1-20. Is there anyway to put the 3PCC on them?

Hi Robert,
If you need a replacement for a SPA series phone you need to order a "3PCC" SKU like:
CP-8841-3PCC-K9=
We have both the 78xx and the 88xx series running on 3PCC firmware. "Enterprise" phones, so with out 3PCC in the SKU name are not advised to run against a 3rd party call control as the user experience is not predictable.
Based on the screenshot of the phone you added the phone is running Enterprise firmware, not 3PCC.
If you have access to a 3PCC firmware I can assist you in getting it setup for Asterisk

I am trying to set up some Cisco CP-8851 phones with FreePBX and get "Wrong password" in the logs. Can you help me out?

I am a volunteer for a non-profit Christian camp in California above Sonora, Jenness Park. I have volunteered as there IT person for the last 10 years. Someone donated 20 CP-8851 phones to us and I am trying to use them as an internal phone system to guest cabins so we can disconnect the phone lines ran to each cabin. The phone lines cost about $100/month each. I am installing this as a proof of concept before we deploy into other cabins and eventually replace the phone lines in the office also with a PRI. I am not paid to do this so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Jason
