Cisco CP-9951 Download Status Failed

I have already installed Cisco CP-9951.

After downloading new software (sip9951.9-3-4-24) phone try to download old software (sip9951.9-2-1). CUCM 8.6.2, that I use, for obvious reasons don't have this software. But CUCM have an error:

Inactive Load ID	sip9951.9-3-2-10
Download Status	Failed
Requested Load ID	sip9951.9-2-1

Inactive Load Failure Reason	Internal Phone Error

Phone having error too:

12:13:07 Upgrade Reject: HW compat failure. Must use 9.3(2) or later release on this phone

Can you help me solve this problem?

I was referring the release notes of Release 9.3(2) which says

New Versions of Cisco Unified IP Phone 8961, 9951, and 9971

The New Versions of Cisco Unified IP Phone 8961, 9951, and 9971 feature provides an update to the phone

hardware. The new phones contain improved electronic components. The new phones look and act the same

as the old phones and the model numbers do not change.Phones manufactured after October 31, 2012 contain

the new components.

The new phone models support Firmware Release 9.3(2) and later. Attempts to downgrade a new phone from

9.3(2) to a previousfirmware release do notsucceed, because the downgrade software identifiesthat the phone

is the newer model and blocks the downgrade

In Phone Load name , enter new SIP firmware SIP9951.9-3-4-24.save and reset the phone
