I've verifed all files on flash are present. I am missing one file CME_GUI_README.TXT but going through several of our other routers they dont use it either.
I have tried reloading the cue, and after this was completed it still was having the same problems. Has anyone else had this problem, and have a resoultion for it? I would appreciate some help in this matter.

What that means "hangs on entering extensions" ?

After logging in to the cue, and going to Configure > Extensions or Configure > Phones. The page never loads that shows the extensions or phones it shows a blank page.

I've seen this a couple of times. Couple of causes:
1. Make sure you're running the right & consistent version of the GUI files for your CME version on you're router's flash. Reimage from the gui tar file available on CCO for your release if you're unsure whether you've got the correct versions. If you've upgraded your CME version, you need to reinstall the GUI tar file otherwise strange things can happen. The CME GUI file is independant of the CUE version.
Check your browser window to see if there's a page error (bottom left hand of the screen for IE). Try another browser (Firefox or Chrome) and see if you get any error messages - I suspect you'll be getting a browser error.
2. I've also seen something similar ages ago with "directory entry" commands under "telephony-service". I can't remember exactly what was wrong with the directory entries, I seem to remember stripping them all out and the GUI loaded correctly. I then put them back in to find which one was causing the issue.
Failing that use the CLI instead. It's much more reliable than the GUI anyway ;-)
