I have question regarding customizing self care portal URL link. We can access selfcare portal using link https://CUCMIPaddress/ucmuser. Is there way we can customize URL link to instead of CUCM IPadress or hostname to custome name? We want to have more user friendly URL for end user and easy to remember.
If you have a DNS and web server available, create a DNS record for selfcare.domain.com, for example and point it to the web server. On the web server, create a site and setup a redirect to https://CUCMIPaddress/ucmuser.
