Cisco integration with Alcatel OXO or OXE

Hi All!

Is there any document that I can read on how to integrate Cisco 3825 with VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 to Alcatel OXO/OXE?

Our client wants to:

1. Cisco IP phones to call Alcatel's local number and vice versa.

2. To use the Alcatel's trunk line for outside calls using Cisco IP phones.

3. Incoming calls from outside (trunk of Alcatel) going to Cisco IP phones.

4. Transferring calls from Cisco IP phones to Alcatel phones and vice versa.

and much more....
