Hello,
I tried to secure call from two IP phones (CIPC) connected to a LANSWITCH and a CME ROUTER (2811/ADVIPSERVICES) with the guide from
Cisco http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmeauth.html#wp1021617 .
The switch is configured with vlan voice.
DHCP is sharing the ip addresses for the two soft-phones, and the telephony-services supports 5 phones maximum.
Non-secure calls are OK, but when I try to activate SECURITY MODE in ENCRYPTED ( mode secure on the CME server), after loading all the configuration necessary to secure calls, the phones are blocked in starting and they display: REGISTRATION REJECTED: maximum phones excceded, even if in non secure mode, all seem to be OK.
Running the debug ephone register command, I remarked a line: Registering Device (security 0) Mismatch the ephone configuration (mode 3) the CME: reject registration .
Could someone help me please? I spent weeks to find solutions but I'm still new in that field, and I hope someone will answer .
Thank you very much.

Thanks for answering,
I already read and did all configs mentionned in it but I will work again through that document and try to dig.
Is it possible that the problem is from the CIPC himself?
Thank you
