Hi,
I am facing an issue with CIPC in Windows 7. It gets installed, but when try to connect it , I get an error termsrv.dll when the softphone tries to load. Kindly suggest me if anyone have the BreakFix for this.

Yes. I have installed 8.6.1 which is working in other systems.

I just had that issue last week on a Windows 7 laptop. I had to disable the firewall software on my business laptop and re-installed the software again. After I rebooted the laptop the IP Communicator worked.
