Cisco IP Communicator/ soft phone suddenly cannot run

Hi 

Cisco IP Communicator/ soft phone suddenly cannot run. Please see the attached picture. When I run it, i got the error message.

Any suggestion? Thank you

It gives you this error message because it doesn’t find the configured audio device that is set in CIPC. Either make sure it’s present and active, or select the option to use another audio device.
