Hi!
I have a Cisco IP Phone 7841 phone with voicemails on it, and I am unable to login because I do not know the PIN to access the voicemails. I have gone through all the steps I can think of, we tried to contact the former secretary, we asked all of administration, we searched for possible pins, we looked through the manual online, and we called CISCO IT (no longer under support so a case couldnt be opened.)
Does anyone know how I can reset the pin without losing the voicemails on the phone?
Thank you for your help!

If the user is enabled for PCA then he/she can do it themselves as well

Hi,
I am not sure if you have cisco voicemail experience or not. Short answer it can be done but as Jaime mentioned not from the phone.
First thing it depends on what voicemail system you have. Do you have this information? If yes, please share the info. Also, do you have access to the voicemail system.
If you don't have any information about the voicemail system, it can be done as well but will be more difficult as you need an expert to perform discovery on the environment.
