Hi Support,
Can you guide of how I can confirm a Video call between Cisco IP phones 9971 as I can do only voice calls, kindly advise?

You need to start by mentioning what you use for call control.
Generic answer is you need to enable video, thats pretty much it.

Dear Jaime,
What I want is how I can do the video call through CP 9971 as its now by default only doing voice calls even when the Camera is attached to IP phone. Any features. On CUCM or IP phone need to be enabled?

It's has been solved by enabling two features on CP 9971 configuration through CUCM which are:
Cisco Camera = Enabled
Video Capabilities = Enabled
