User is on the phone, second call comes in and customer want to hit one key (soft or hard) to send the call to voicemail.
1) Divert- For using divert for second call, user needs to hit down key first and then hit divert softkey. (2 key presses)
2) DND - Can hitting DND send call to VM for 99XX, 89XX? Even if it can, does not seem good solution if user has multiple phones like Jabber, SNR etc, it will keep ringing on other devices if DND is pressed on IP phone.
Has anyone delt with this kind of request before? Any suggestions?
