7 days try to repair this ip phone and failed doing any thing
this Ip phone when connected to network ,show cisco logo ( like the attached photo )after 5 minute and no thing happen when i do reset factory by keys
and not seen in cucm
and can not connect it directly through ethernet
what i do with this ip phone, throw it or what ?????????????????
cisco can not resolve this problem
and no maintenance contact here and out or warranty

If you have a maintenance contract with your re-seller call the reseller to have it replaced as it would be covered under maintanance.

Hello!
It seems like your phone downloaded uncomportable firmware version.
Try this sequenses to reset phone:
Step 1 Unplug the power cable from the phone and then plug it back in.
The phone begins its power-up cycle.
Step 2 While the phone is powering up, and before the Speaker button flashes on and off,
press and hold #.
Continue to hold # until each line button flashes on and off in sequence in amber.
Then try to input these keys:
Soft reset (delete all files) 123456789*0#
Hard reset (format flash) 3491672850*#
