cisco ip phone pickup without ring

Is there a way to define an extension so that it when it is dialed the called party can visually see that someone is calling and pickup without the phone ringing?

If you are using 7940 you can use flash only option on a second line!

Device>Phone>Directory Number Configuration

Directory Number Configuration Settings

Ring Setting (Phone Idle)

Use this field to configure the ring setting for the line appearance when an incoming call is received and no other active calls exist on that device. Choose one of the following options:

Use system default

Disable

**Flash only**

Ring once

Ring
