Can you please provide me the recommended Preventive Maintenance Procedure for Cisco Ip Telephony devices such as CUCM 1 PUB/ 8 SUB, 100 CME sites,150 SRST sites, CUC(high availability), CUP, Meeting Place, MOH Servers, TFTP Servers, H.323/MGCP Voice Gateways, 224/248 Analog Gateways, SIP Trunk, E1, Analog Trunks, Cisco Ip Phones for a Cluster of 20000 + users. waiting for the best suggestions and practices.

That's is same as any IT or networking support and maintenance task, requiring skilled / certified technicians to daily monitor and administer devices as necessary.

Any "IP telephony technical expert" advise would be appreciated aside from the " comment of doing the normal IT preventive maintenance task.."
