Good mornig, I've a problem with one 9951 ipphone.
It won't regiater on my cucm 8.6, and I dont have found a method to reset it to defalut factory,
Can you help me?

Is this a new phone? What errors do you see in the status messages?
To factory reset the phone:
From the Administrator Settings menu, unlock phone options, then choose Reset Settings > All Settings
.

Hi, I've loaded factory defalut, bur the phone won't register.
in the status I see the following messages (always the same)

I don't know what language that is, but it looks like the phone cannot download its configuration file from CUCM. Is the TFTP server address set to the CUCM TFTP server? Is the phone configured in CUCM?

the language is italian,
the tftp server address is configured on phone and the phone is configured on cucm

I think that the problem is the firmware version.
Actually on the phone is loaded the 9.0.3
The CUCM 8.6 Has a 9.2.1.
I think that is necessary load an intermediate release (like 9.1.1)
But the problem is that I don't have access to download it.Can you have this release?

2911POS(config-register-global)#create profile
and phone will register
