Cisco Jabber for iPhone

more than two weeks ago, my Cisco Jabber on iPhone XS Max not working properly and always disconnecting, while it is working properly for other iPhones model later than 11. please help

Can you explain more, what is the exact issue, are you facing this issue internally or through MRA, Can you provide us a log from your phone.

Dear Faisal,
Thank you for your response. we have BE6000 call manager System version is 12.0.1.22900-11. We used to use Cisco Jabber in our mobiles (iOS and Android), but around more than 3 weeks ago, we started facing issue with Jabber on iPhones with models before iPhone 12. I have attached my log from my iPhone device which also have the same disconnecting issue. In summary the issue is when we open the Jabber it is opening and connecting to our server, but we are unable to receive calls on it, it may ring after around 15 minutes from the original calls, and when we try to open the Jabber again, it shows connecting again, which mean that it was disconnected.
