My Cisco Jabber is suddenly giving some users a cannot communicate with the server message. Was there an update that may have caused this?

The user are on the same site of the server?
Could you give more details about your issue.
Collect Jabber logs from those users and see what's exactly happens when trying to login.
Is it happening locally or Over the MRA ? If MRA, collect logs from Expressway and use it on CSA tool. You will get more informations regarding the issue.
