Cisco Paging Server Basic Informacast Phones Discovery

Hi,

I want to  configure a Basic Cisco Paging Server.

I use the included OVA on Cisco CUCMBE6K.

The Live Audio Page to 50 phones in Basic implementation is used.

I configured CUCM and the singlewire informcast server.I've got connection betwenn the servers and starting discovery phones on informacast.

Only 38 phones from 85 availbale on CUCM are discovered. Where are the others? Are there any limitations in Basic functionality or something maybe wrong with my config?

No, you should be able to discover all of your IP phons. Cross-check with your configuration.

what can it be that only 38 of 85 phones are discovered? Are there any logs in Informacast serer to troubleshoot?

What versions of CUCM/InforrmaCast are you using? Have you check the corresponding Compatibility Matrix ?

Also, make sure the Web Access is enable in all phones (at device configuration page).

CUCM is 11.5 , Informacast 11.5.2

Phones should be supported. There are 8811 and 8851. Webaccess is enabled on all phones.

Only 38 of 85 phones are discovered.
