I have a user that cannot get into his personal directory on his Cisco IP Phone 7960. He can log in but when he goes to search he gets the following error. “Cisco PD Error The search returned an error”. I can get to his personal directory on my phone but on his it throws this error. Any ideas? Thanks,

What CUCM version is this?
Are phones in the same network/subnet?
Does it work on other 7960?

After doing some trouble shooting and questioning the user again I found out that the error that comes up after he tries to use the search feature. If he hits summit with all the fields blank, all his contacts come up. We just did an upgrade on the phone system and intergraded it with or active directory so we could use Jabber. Could this have messed up the search feature in the personal directory?
