I have a user who setup a private distribution list so she can send

voice mail to her groups. Problem is that she has to spell the name

of the group out  on the phone  when sending a message. At one time she was able

to just put in the ID number of the list.

How do get the system to recognize the ID of the list so that I don't have to

try and spell out the name  of the list on the phone?

Hi there,

Under the user>edit>message send I would check;

Message Addressing and Sending

Enter a Recipient By

Spelling the  Last Name Then First Name Entering the  extension Spelling the First Name Then Last  Name
