Hello all, I have a Cisco model 7841 desk phone and when people call the phone doesn't go to voicemail at any point.

How do I check the voice mail profile? I've logged into Voice mail many times and go through the prompts and nothing changes my voice mail set up.

Hello Sam,
If you are the Call Manager (CUCM or CME?) Admin, then you will have to go to line settings and check if your line is set to be forwarded to Voicemail. If the settings are there and you will need to confirm that the CSS are correct (able to call Voicemail by your line)
Eitherwise, you will need to contact your Helpdesk Team to inform them about the case, since most probably your line is not set you be forwarded when no answered or when busy/not available to the VoiceMail Pilot.

Thanks George. I'll try my help desk. I was hoping there was just some phone setting that, myself as a user,could just change but that doesn't appear to be the case.
