Cisco Phone CP-7841 looses power when a Cisco Headset 561 is connected. Scenario #1 the Cisco Headset has the computer cable connected and the Y cable that connects to the Headset base. If you connect either the Aux cable or the headset cable to the power the phone will shut down instantly. Both Phone and Headset are running the latest firmware as of 5/3/22. The phone is powered POE from a Catalyst 2960-X Series switch.  Scenario #2 the cisco headset is disconnected from the computer and just the headset base is connected to the phone with the y cable Aux port and headset port. This time the phone stays powered on but the phone doesn't recognize the headset. 

The headset works fine with computer and your cell phone if you sync it via Bluetooth. Still doesn't work with the Cisco Phone. All the easy stuff has been tried. Aux Port Connect e-hook headset is checked and as I mentioned before the firmware on the phone is 14.1.1 the head set has firmware 2.3.0001.
