I am looking for an IP Phone 9800 with a camera, but unfortunately, this series doesn't include any phones with a camera. That means we have to go back to the 8865 if we need a KEM as well.

So disable the camera from CUCM.

I am not asking about the config, my inquiry is about the series itself when I want to buy a phone with camera

The 9800 series doesn't include camera models. The 8875 will be the best option. Additionally, the 8865 model has announced its EOS .

I recommend choosing the 8875 model, which offers 108 speed dials and a touch interface. In this case, you won't need a KEM.

Thanks @Nithin Eluvathingal However, as you know, the customer is accustomed to using the KEM rather than searching through the list of speed dials.

The customer would never know what they are missing until/unless they try it (without the KEM).
