Cisco presence evaluation mode

Hello.

I have Cisco Presence server with version 8.6.5.10000-12. Now I got a message on the screen:

System was operating in Evaluation mode  and the license has now expired. Please upload the relevant license  file in order to allow the system to run in production mode.System Grace  period has expired.  Please upload the relevant license file(s).

My company bought a lisence and I have a question:

1. Is this lisence permanent or works for only specific time?

2. Will I be able to update it, if I activate the key?

If you bought the licenses then you should have received a PAK that should have been registered with cisco licensing and applied to the server, if that was not done then the server was running in evaluation license which appears to have expired.

Contact licensing@cisco.com to get it addressed.
