With PCD  discover CUCM and unity, customer needs to migrate CUCM alone, please let me know how to delete unity connection form the discovery.

You do not need to delete anything, when you build tasks in PCD those tasks pertain to only specific application type, so as long as you do not build Unity Connection tasks there is nothing to worry about.

During discovery process "adaasrvpress" is also discovered, that server is switched off and discovery is not completed, so when try "define migration destination cluster" it give an error discovery is not compelted, so we are not able to complete the migration process.

Could please let me know how to stop the discovery process of "adaasrvpress", please advice.

Either turn the server or, or delete it from the DB. There is no way to tell PCD to only discover some nodes.
