Cisco Self Provisioning IVR - Fast Busy

Joshua Davis

Hello,

When I go to dial the directory number configured for the self provisioning IVR I get a fast busy tone.  I have done everything but look at traces to diagnose the issue.

I am using CUCM version 10.5.

I am using Cisco IPC as well as 8945 SCCP registered phones

I am following step by step using these two references:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/11_0_1/sysConfig/CUCM_BK_C733E983_00_cucm-system-configuration-guide/configure_self_provisioning.pdf

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZleSgStnad0

I perform every step but the LDAP steps.

When I go to dial my IVR number I get a fast busy.

Troubleshooting steps:

Checked to make sure this was not a dial plan issue DNA says the phone can reach the route point just fine.  In addition when then route point is called and I get a fast busy signal I get reverse caller ID on my phone with the CallerID of the route point being sent to my phone letting me know that this is not a dial plan issue.

  1. Reset route point
  2. Disassociated Application user / Reassociated application user from route point
  3. Restarted the Self provisioning IVR and the CTI manager services.
  4. Under User Management > User Phone/Add > Self-Provisioning Unselected and reselected the

Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you

Joshua
