Cisco SIP 7821 Phone CUCM Status Rejected

Hi Guys

I am trying to add new phone , but it showing status rejected every time even phone is not connected.

I have readded manually many times but issue still the same and when i change the Mac then its fine . .

What does this mean, are you not adding the correct MAC address of the phone while configuring it on CUCM, Check this.

Can you delete ITL file from the phone and try to register it again. Also, make sure the configured protocol in cucm is matching what the phone is using.
