My organization is in the process of switching over VoiP phone vendors. Our current vendor provides us with service and support, with our current Cisco VoiP phones, until we switch over in the next few weeks. Will we be able to get some type Cisco support if our current vendor will no longer support us with our current Cisco VoiP phones before the switch over?

Cisco TAC or High Touch will only support Cisco equipment. Cisco will not support non-Cisco branded kit.

And even with Cisco equipment you would need a SMARTnet contract for the specific serial numbers to open a case. Your Cisco partner would need to prepare a quote for you.
