I've read some info and forum report about problem with this tool, for sync contact between Cisco UCM personal directory and Windows Address Book, but not Outlook personal contact..., because WAB isn't supported into Win 7.
I've tried to install it into Win 7 32 bit from UCM 8.0 and from UCM 9.1 (that contain same installer version...) but indeed, as mentioned
by some people, application shows a crashing issue.
So, which way we can follow today for integrate UCM (8.x or 9.x) Personal Directory with Windows 7 WAB or (as possible...) Outlook user's contact?
Any idea?
