Cisco UDS service issue - CUCM 14

Hello, 

My local jabber is not registering and I realized that Cisco UDS service does not comes up.. only in starting status. 

Can you guys suggest something?

If you have an issue with services not starting I would recommend you to reach out to TAC to get their help with looking at this.
