IP Phone not registering

I am trying to register a CP-8945 VoiP phone.  I have filled in all the information needed and added a line group.  The display is showing the information but it's still showing unregistered on the CUCM.  I'm not sure what I missed.  Please help.  Thank you.

Did you added DN on line 1 of that phone ?

also did you associated end user for this phone ?

 

try to delete the ITL file from the phone And check.

 

Are you adding this phone on cucm or CME please clarify and the protocol.
