Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal for Voicemail

Hello,

 

I want to give the rights to may user to access the settings for Voice mail, to change the schedule,pin etc for user that have Voice mail activated .

 

Any documentation or how to?

You can use the Unity Connection web inbox. Not only can users change passwords etc. from there, thay can also listen to their voicemail from the browser.

Use the following URL to access the web inbox: http://<Cisco Unity Connection server>/inbox

 

Users can change their PIN etc. by clicking on settings.
