Hello Everyone,
We have Cisco Unified CM Administration that manages our phone system. I have a phone that is locked by UCA and I want to assignee manual IP address on it but there is a lock on the setting and doesn't let me to change anything.
Before I hadn't have access to setting at all but under this setting I enabled the management key.
Open CallManager Administration page.
Go to Device -> Phone and select the affected phone.
Go to Phone Configuration Page and find Settings Access under Product Specific Configuration Layout.
Set it as "Enabled".
Reset phone.
So how can I now fix assigning IP on the phone?

Go into the Settings menu. Then press **# to unlock the menus, allowing configuration. When you are done, press **# again to re-lock (as the menu does not re-lock automatically even after a reboot).
Note that this key sequence is different than the **#** used to reboot the phone.
