Cisco Unity 10.5 How to remove a Caller Input. Missing Ignore Action option

Hi,

I've configured a System Call Handler with a Greeting to accept Caller Input. I now need to remove one of the Caller Input options but dont have the Ignore option under the Action list.

The only options I have under the Action list are I'm only seeing Call Handler (which is selected), Interview Handler, Directory Handler, Conversation and User with Mailbox.

I'm sure I'm missing something blindingly obvious but me being me I cant see it.

Any help and pointers would be appreciated

Found a solution by searching for Call Action now that I know its called that.

Solution was in another thread under  CUC 11.5 Missing "Call action" option under edit Greetings   which advised to go System Settings - General Configuration, checking the System Default Language is set to English (United States) and then clicking Save.

That sorted it for me.

Thanks

When I check my lab unity, I can see the ignore option.

Thanks Nithin. Thats interesting. I dont have that Call Action option at all. And I've just checked through other Call Handlers and none of them have it.

I wonder if it might be a global setting somewhere.

mradell, thanks for the suggestion. I usually use IE for that and I've just tried FF and Chrome but still the same.

Have you tried a different browser?
