Hi, I installed a Cisco Unity Connection 9.1.2.10000-10 and followed the procedure in order to make the integration with the CUCM, after finishing the integration I can dial the Voice Mail (from the voice mail buttom of the phones), make the customization of the profile, record the message, etc. But when dial to the phone number and the call is fwd to the Voice Mail, the message of the voice mail is a standard audio, and i cant leave a message.

What did you set the "Voice Mail Box Mask" to under the Voice Mail Profile"?

Nothing is OK if you do not need to change the extension, is this SCCP or SIP integration?
If SIP do you have " outbound diversion header" checked on the SIP trunk and "use external phone number mask" unchecked on the VM route pattern/route list?
